Attorney Felsen has been practicing criminal and personal injury law since 1999 and is admitted to practice in the following state and federal courts: State of Connecticut; United States District Court, Connecticut; Second Circuit Court of Appeals; Southern District of New York.

Ms. Felsen handles all stages of criminal and juvenile proceedings from investigation through resolution and post-resolution proceedings, including erasure of records and Pardons. Ms. Felsen is an experienced attorney in both state and federal criminal practice in all matters including complex financial fraud cases, multi-defendant drug conspiracies, domestic disputes and motor vehicle and juvenile offenses.

Ms. Felsen has served for the past eight years as the District Representative for the District of Connecticut’s Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel. She is an active member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and sits on the Executive Board of the Connecticut Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (CCDLA). Ms. Felsen sits on the Executive Board for Connecticut Support Treatment and Reentry, Inc. (CT Star), a nonprofit organization to provide and support residential housing, vocational training, rehabilitation and educational opportunities for distressed participants in court-supervised programs and those on pre-trial or post-sentence release who have a history of substance abuse. Ms. Felsen also sits on the Board of Disability Rights Connecticut.

Ms. Felsen is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA) and the Fairfield County Bar Association (FCBA) and co-chaired the Criminal Justice section of the FCBA for over seven years.

Ms. Felsen has also worked as an adjunct professor at Sacred Heart University and teaches classes in Connecticut on topics related to criminal justice and state and federal criminal law and procedure.

Ms. Felsen was the 2017 recipient of the Diane "Cookie" Polan Award in recognition of a rising female attorney fighting for civil rights in the spirit of Diane "Cookie" Polan. Cookie Polan is a legend and this award is a reminder to Attorney Felsen that she stands on the shoulders of giants. She has been named by her peers as one of the Top Lawyers in Fairfield County.
